The concept was designed to help patients interact with their doctors more efficiently. NetTeam’s solution resulted in a unified communication web portal which allowed Doctors, Patients and Pharmacies to collaborate efficiently.

Case Study/Success: Specialized web based training solution for a large state government client.
One of NetTeam’s state government clients had a strategic vision to provide a homogenous training solution for over 1600 contract managers statewide.
NetTeam came in and materialized this vision into a “one of a kind” self-administered web-based training solution. This not only provided homogenous training for the contract managers, but also provided comprehensive reporting, certification and communication from a centralized knowledge base. This solution allowed the department to qualify all existing and new contract managers on a consistent schedule.

Case Study/Success: Work Flow Engine for a Fortune 500 telecom service provider
NetTeam’s client knew exactly what they wanted and they had provided us with a detailed scope of work which included the following:
Develop a process to automate distributed/ disparate data stores, computer applications and human tasks into an integrated web-based workflow engine.
NetTeam reviewed the existing processes and provided a workflow engine, which was based on a “recipe and ingredient” model. Basically, any non-technical administrator could build a business application or “recipe” on the fly by adding or removing sets of business processes called “ingredients” to execute the workflow.
