4. Do you charge by hourly or fixed bid the entire project?
It depends on the project. Our goal is to bring every project to a point where we can fixed bid it. If the problem, scope of work, or specification is clearly defined, it can likely be bid at a fixed cost. If not, we will work with you at an hourly rate to achieve that clear definition. Then we can give you the fruits of fixed bid pricing.

5. How do you bill your time?
Most of our projects are fixed bid. For hourly projects, we bill in quarter hour increments. We do not charge for quick phone calls and emails that only take a few minutes to reply.

6. Can I contact your client for reference check?
Absolutely! Let us know and we will be happy to provide you with references.

7. Who own the IP (Intellectual property rights) and software source code?
Any custom development done by us to enable your solution is your property.

8. What are your invoice and payment methods?
We invoice semi-monthly with net 15 terms. Each payment is tied to a deliverable, so you only pay for what you got developed. We do reserve the right to charge a moderate retainer based on the project. All right to the code is not transferred over until paid in full. Remember that we do have a satisfaction guarantee to protect your interest.

9. What size of solutions do you provide?
